Since the opening of coron in 2012, coron continue to create the original bread with 100% Hokkaido wheat under long hours and low temperature fermentation.
In 2015 we appointed Chef Katsuei Shiga ( Signifiant Signifie in Tokyo) as our Grand chef.
Our young chef has been producing the bread with the novel ideas under him.
Our third shop of boulangerie coron Marui Imai Sapporo opened on the basement level 2 of Marui Imai Sapporo Honten Odori Build.
